Ergo-IT Solutions is a Technology Services Provider to Small and Growing Businesses, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. Ergo-IT was started in 2001 when 3 friends (Bill, John, and Harry) decided they wanted to leave their corporate ties behind and start working full-time for their friends, family, neighbors and acquaintances that were always asking them for IT advice.  Bringing their education, experience and skills from corporate America to Small and Growing Businesses. 

In 2022 Ergo-IT became a Woman Owned Business, when Lori, wife of an original founder Bill, became the President of Ergo-IT after a long, successful career in education.  With much of Ergo-IT’s work in the MSP space, and with all of the changes to work following Covid, We are excited to see where the next phase takes Ergo and our customer-partners.

Ergo-IT has been providing Consulting, Hardware, Networking, Managed Services, and Hardware to our clients for over 20 years. We started small, like many of our clients. Ergo-IT was built to be the Enterprise class IT department for the SMB community. We have worked with solo professionals, K-12 through Medical School education organizations, financial services firms, regional construction and electrical contractors, law firms of all sizes and just plain old small businesses trying to employ the technology they need or want to help them grow their business.

Ergo-IT works with clients from 1 – 100 people in the Financial Services, construction, real estate, accounting, healthcare and legal industries.

Ergo-IT prides itself on finding the best solutions for our customers unique situations.  Not all businesses are the same, not all problems are the same.  Ergo-IT endeavors to understand what our clients real needs and goals are to help design, develop and deliver  cost-efficient, best in class solutions to help our customer-partners excel in their businesses without having to worry about the Technology.

Ergo-IT has developed long standing partnerships with industry leaders; Microsoft, Sophos, Intel, Lenovo, Logitech, Poly and others so that we keep current with the technology, equipment and what the next big thing will be.  We continually review, evaluate and compare our solutions against the industry leaders to ensure we are providing the best hardware, software and solutions to our customer-partners.

Ergo-IT also has a long history with technical problem solving, engineering, database design, data analysis, CRM and other products and solutions to help our SMB clients turn their data into a strategic strength instead of a burden.  We help our customer-partners access, analyze and understand the vast amounts of data their systems, clients and employees collect and use every day.
